You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Why sealed packaging matters
We sell implant-grade ASTM F136 titanium body jewellery, which goes into a piercing. For that reason it is sold sealed, and we cannot resell or accept back a piece that has been unsealed or worn — by anyone, for any price. This is not a preference: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 the right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return on health-protection or hygiene grounds once they have been unsealed. Body jewellery is exactly that.

So to be eligible for a return, an item must be unworn, unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original sealed packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Your 14-day right to cancel — UK, EU and elsewhere
If your order is shipped within the United Kingdom or into the European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it. As set out above, that right does not apply once the sealed packaging has been opened, for the hygiene reasons explained. If the item is still sealed, you can cancel and return it within those 14 days, whatever the reason and whether or not it was bought at a discount.

If something is faulty, damaged or wrong
Nothing above limits your rights when an item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered. Those rights apply whether or not the packaging has been opened. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away and we will put it right — a replacement or a refund, your choice.

How to start a return
Email belorajewelryuk@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send it. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Exchanges
The quickest route is to return the sealed item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds
We will tell you once we have received and inspected your return and whether the refund is approved. If it is, you are refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days — your bank may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, email us at belorajewelryuk@gmail.com.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
