Returns Window: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Strict Hygiene Standards (Eligibility): Because we sell medical-grade body piercing jewelry, we adhere to extremely strict hygiene and health standards. To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unworn, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns on any jewelry that has been removed from its sealed packaging or worn, for the safety of all our customers.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
