14-Day Return Window We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Strict Hygiene Standards (Eligibility) Because we sell premium medical-grade body piercing jewelry, we adhere to extremely strict hygiene and health standards. To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unworn, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging. For the health and safety of all our customers, we strictly cannot accept returns on any jewelry that has been removed from its sealed packaging or worn. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, weβll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package, which may include a return shipping label or a specific return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items As outlined in our hygiene standards, unsealed or worn body jewelry cannot be returned under any circumstances. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (provided the packaging remains sealed), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. However, this right of withdrawal is voided if the sealed packaging of the jewelry has been opened, due to health protection and hygiene reasons. If the item remains completely sealed in its original packaging, the same 7-day return eligibility conditions apply.
Refunds We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
