A classic horseshoe with a twist of sparkle — a row of round CZs runs down each side of the curve, finished with two polished ball ends. Wear it in a septum, daith, tragus or helix, or flip a septum horseshoe up to hide it.

Which diameter? 8mm sits close and neat — the usual fit for a septum, tragus or daith. 10mm hangs a little lower and leaves more room, better for a larger septum or a helix.
Good to know — this horseshoe is externally threaded: the thread is on the bar itself, so it passes through the piercing when you insert it. That makes it best for fully healed piercings. For a fresh piercing, choose an internally threaded or hinged clicker style.
