A single pear-cut stone in a fine claw setting — a dainty teardrop of colour for a forward helix, tragus or cartilage stack. Choose classic clear, jet black, rose red or a soft jade-green tone to match or mix your ear.

Which bar length? For a new piercing, choose the longer bar your piercer recommends to leave room for swelling (often 8–10mm), then downsize to a snug 5–6mm once healed. Forward helix and tragus usually take 5–6mm when healed; a conch often 8mm.
